Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from return. For works that have been custom made, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or offer refunds.
In the unlikely event that your print or frame is damaged, you will need to report this within one week of delivery received. All questions should be sent to sales@kobaltkreatives.com. Please include an image of the product as well as a photo of the packaging.
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Only normal priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Please note, do not return your purchase to the sender.
If there is a problem with your delivery, please contact us within 14 days of your order showing as delivered and we will do our best to investigate and find a solution.
If you provide an address deemed insufficient by the carrier, the shipment will be returned to our printing partner and will be discarded. If you wish to receive another print/frame with an updated address, you will be responsible for the cost of the new order.
Unclaimed shipments are returned to our printing partner and disposed of. If you would like to receive another print/frame, you will be responsible for the cost of the new order
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or rejected.
If your request is accepted, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before the refund is posted.

Items sold

Replacement
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange it for the same item, email us at sales@kobaltkreatives.com and we will let you know how to do so.
Re-shipments
To return your product, you must send us an email to sales@kobaltkreatives.com and we will tell you the procedure.
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
The delivery time of the exchanged product may vary depending on your place of residence.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned items.
