Shipping – Delivery – Printing Services
As soon as we receive an order via the Kobalt Kreatives platform, our team contacts our exclusive print-on-demand partner.
Our partner will facilitate the printing of the user content and the shipment of the products to you, as requested in the order.
Our partner connects independent local printers to its global network. Based on the delivery address given in your order, it allocates the order to a local printer according to geographical location, machine capabilities, available capacity and other factors it deems relevant. Orders that include more than one product category may be produced in different printing facilities (e.g. due to capacity, capacity and delivery address) and can therefore be delivered separately.
We will specify an estimated delivery time. We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Products are delivered within the estimated time, but we shall have no liability to you if the Products are delivered later. We will inform you as soon as we become aware of any circumstances that may cause significant delays.
Products will be sent by ordinary mail unless otherwise agreed for each Order. Whatever the shipping method, our partner has the right to choose another carrier or shipping method, provided that this carrier or shipping method offers similar delivery quality and delivery time.
If tracked delivery is chosen for the Order (if available), our partner will bear the risk of loss and damage to the Products during transport. If non-tracking delivery is chosen for the Order, the Products will be deemed delivered and title and risk of loss will pass to you upon delivery of the Products to any common carrier.
The shipping service is not obliged to find the right address for delivery. If the correct address has not been provided and there is more than one resident at that address, we will make reasonable efforts to deliver, but cannot guarantee delivery to the correct recipient. You are responsible for clearing products through customs and paying customs duties (if applicable).
If you can prove that your order was lost in transit due to the carrier of a tracked delivery, our partner will reship the order, at its sole discretion and subject to its investigation. All claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Our partner reserves the right not to reship any Order if the carrier’s tracking information indicates that the Order has been duly delivered, even if you claim that the Order has not been received. In this case, any replacement may be at your expense.
Kobalt Kreatives cannot be held responsible for any failure of delivery services due to strikes, wars, civil wars or other impediments to the smooth flow of goods worldwide.
